VITAMINS REDUCE RISK OF HEART ATTACK !

Vitamins reduce risk of heart attack
Vitamins protect the heart. Anyone who regularly or occasionally to vitamins to take, reduced risk of a heart attack to get. This is the positive result of a study of Swedish scientists.

They regularly take multi-vitamins? Good thing, because according to a recent study, people rarely get a heart attack, which regularly or occasionally even the daily dose necessary to take vitamins. This effect seems even independent of other lifestyle habits proceedings: Neither the rich consumption of fruit and vegetables still sporting activities or the smoking habits played a major role.


This was a study of Swedish researchers with about 3,000 participants. Of these, suffered a total of 1,296 (386 women and 910 men) first time a heart attack, but they survived. 42 percent of women and only 27 percent of men had regularly or occasionally used vitamins. In the comparison group with 1,685 participants who had no heart attack, attacked more volunteers to food supplements. 57 percent of women and 35 percent of men said they at least occasionally to take vitamins. Eight out of ten study participants took on multi-vitamins.

Here again shows that women tend to greater health awareness than men.
